Chief Operating Officer

Robert L. Farrell is currently the General Partner of Fairway Ventures Group and the Chief Executive Officer of Fairway Health & Wellness, LLC. A seasoned executive with vast experience in finance, business development and mergers and acquisitions, Robert previously served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Medical Resources, Inc., where he lead the roll up effort of the diagnostic imaging industry. At the time, Medical Resources, Inc. was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. After his time at Medical Resources, Robert co-founded Progressive Health, LLC, which was recognized as one of the most state-of-the-art and successful diagnostic imaging companies in the New York metropolitan area. Following the sale of Progressive Health, LLC to Radnet (ticker RDNT), Robert has consulted in a number of different industries including radiation safety, food and beverage, and health and wellness.

Co-founder / Director of Operations

Kristen graduated from High Point University with a BA in Strategic Communications in May of 2019. Kristen is our Co-founder / Director of Operations of Fairway Ventures Group and Fairway Health & Wellness. Kristen is a key resource for our team, and has played an integral role in all of our initiatives, from starting our new venture, Fairway Health & Wellness, LLC, to driving our online marketing, running our sleep division, and supporting our sales and daily operations.

Sales Representative

Brianna is responsible for the nutritional line of the business with a focus on pharmaceutical-grade supplementation, which includes the placement of the Prysm scanner program in physician offices. She is also actively assisting our team with the sales process for our other solutions. Brianna was a dedicated and accomplished golfer who graduated from Florida Southern College, in May of 2022, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Brianna was an integral part of her college golf teams, demonstrating exceptional skill and leadership on and off the course. She was ranked in the top 100 in the NAIA, competing in the National Championship in Oklahoma City her sophomore year. As a four-year student-athlete, Brianna excelled in golf and academics, maintaining a strong GPA while balancing the demands of competition and coursework.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Daniel Boss is a board-certified internist known for his progressive approach to patient care and his dedication to improving health outcomes through innovation. He serves the residents of Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens with personalized, high-quality medical care rooted in both clinical expertise and cutting-edge practices. Dr. Boss holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brandeis University and completed his pre-medical post-baccalaureate studies at Columbia University. He earned his medical degree from the University of Miami and completed his internship and residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York City, where he distinguished himself as Chief Medical Resident and Clinical Instructor of Medicine. As the founder of Jupiter Internal Medicine Associates and Housecall Specialists, Dr. Boss continues to lead with vision—offering modern, patient-centered solutions that prioritize prevention and chronic disease management. His commitment to clinical excellence has also been reflected in his past leadership role as Chief of Medicine at Jupiter Medical Center. Widely respected for his innovative mindset and proactive care philosophy, Dr. Boss stays at the forefront of medical advancements to better serve his patients. Outside of his practice, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, golfing, playing pickleball, and honing his grilling skills.

Chief Financial Officer

With 37 years of healthcare finance expertise, Dale Hocking currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Jupiter Health, a standalone non-profit health system in Jupiter, Florida. In this role, he oversees financial operations, treasury, debt structure, revenue cycle, supply chain, decision support, and IT Financial Applications, ensuring integrity and accuracy. Dale also manages the insurance portfolio and serves on the Board of their captive insurance company and other affiliated companies. Previously, he held CFO positions at Central Florida Health, The Mayo Clinic and Hospital, and Methodist Medical Center. A recipient of the 2018 CFO of the Year award in the non-profit category, Dale is a Florida Certified Public Accountant and a Charted Global Management Accountant, having graduated from the University of Florida.

Dr. Tom Davis was one of the first physicians in the U.S. to sign a total-risk Medicare Advantage-type contract, using that early expertise to build the nation’s first Value-Based Care health system: Patients First of Washington, Missouri. Under his leadership, the multi-specialty group grew to 18 sites with urgent care, cancer and surgical centers, diagnostic imaging, its own insurance products, and one of the first licensed micro-hospitals in the country—eventually selling for $130 million in 2012. Dr. Davis went on to become a national leader in telemedicine and remote care and, at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, emerged as one of the most sought-after consultants nationwide. Today, through both direct advising and his free Value-Based Care Success Community at TomDavisConsulting.com, he shares his expertise with clinicians, organizations, and innovators across the country—helping others achieve sustainable, scalable success in value-based care.

With over two decades of healthcare experience, Robert is a driving force in fostering sustainable growth and executing strategic plans for providers, health plans, and start-ups. His last decade has been dedicated to assisting healthcare organizations in developing, implementing, and optimizing efficiencies in patient engagement and value-based care solutions and contracts. Drawing from leadership roles at United Healthcare, Humana, Molina Healthcare, Envera Health, and On Belay Health Solutions, Robert brings a wealth of experience in patient engagement and value-based care solutions. As a visionary executive, he excels in fostering positive relationships within both large and small matrix organizations.

Advisor

Clay McCormack joins our advisory board as a 30-year veteran attorney practicing and consulting in contract and business law as it applies to healthcare, business entities, real estate, bankruptcy, sports and entertainment and specialty personal injury. Clay currently serves as General Counsel for several healthcare related organizations and is an active business partner in some. Prior to obtaining a law degree, Clay worked as a business analyst for Dunn & Bradstreet. Clay has served as a valued board member for many organizations during his career and continues to do so. Clay and his wife Sally reside in Collierville, Tennessee.
