Robert L. Farrell

Robert L. Farrell is currently the General Partner of Fairway Ventures Group and the Chief Executive Officer of Fairway Health & Wellness, LLC. A seasoned executive with vast experience in finance, business development and mergers and acquisitions, Robert previously served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Medical Resources, Inc., where he lead the roll up effort of the diagnostic imaging industry. At the time, Medical Resources, Inc. was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.

After his time at Medical Resources, Robert co-founded Progressive Health, LLC, which was recognized as one of the most state-of-the-art and successful diagnostic imaging companies in the New York metropolitan area. Following the sale of Progressive Health, LLC to Radnet (ticker RDNT), Robert has consulted in a number of different industries including radiation safety, food and beverage, and health and wellness.


Kristen J. Farrell

Kristen J. Farrell is the Director of Operations of Fairway Ventures Group and Fairway Health & Wellness. Kristen is a key resource for our team, and has played an integral role in all of our initiatives, ranging from handling numerous tasks associated with starting our new venture, Fairway Health & Wellness, LLC, to supporting our sales process. Kristen graduated from High Point University with a BA in Strategic Communications in May of 2019.


Doug Sparks

In 1987, after eight years on Wall Street, Doug moved into healthcare. In 1988 he served two years as the Chairman of a publicly traded physical therapy company, took them through an acquisition, and then built his own private PT chain from scratch.  He sold his interest in that venture in 2001 so he could help physicians add many more revenue sources than just PT.  Since 2002 he has built compliant revenue models for physicians, groups, hospitals, ACOs and IPAs. 

In 2018, Doug’s former company DPT Healthcare Partners, won the Top 10 Innovation & Technology Companies In Healthcare award at the SmartHealth Conference. On June 20th, 2019, Doug was named among theTop 100 Leaders in Healthcare globally at the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare Conference, and in 2021 Top 100 Visionaries in Healthcare because of his value based program you are reading about here. Doug has created several first to market models that have become industry standard.   


Dale E. Hocking

Dale Hocking has 37 years of healthcare finance experience and currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jupiter Health, a stand-alone non-profit health system in Jupiter, Florida. He is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial operations, treasury, debt structure, revenue cycle, supply chain, decision support, and IT Financial Applications. Dale is on the Board of their captive insurance company and manages their insurance portfolio. He is also on the Board of their several other companies. Prior to joining Jupiter Health, Dale served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Central Florida Health in Leesburg, Florida and the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Mayo Clinic and Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, and the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Methodist Medical Center, Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to the CFO positions, Dale worked in public accounting for both Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. He was awarded the 2018 CFO of the year in the non-profit category by the South Florida Business Journal. Dale graduated from the University of Florida and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant and a Charted Global Management Accountant.


Clay McCormack

Clay McCormack joins our advisory board as a 30-year veteran attorney practicing and consulting in contract and business law as it applies to healthcare, business entities, real estate, bankruptcy, sports and entertainment and specialty personal injury.  Clay currently serves as General Counsel for several healthcare related organizations and is an active business partner in some.  Prior to obtaining a law degree, Clay worked as a business analyst for Dunn & Bradstreet. Clay has served as a valued board member for many organizations during his career and continues to do so. Clay and his wife Sally reside in Collierville, Tennessee.


Dr. John L. Jefferies

John L Jefferies, MD, MPH, FACC, FAHA, FAAP, FHFSA, FESC, FRCPE

Dr. Jefferies is the Jay Michael Sullivan Distinguished Chair in Cardiology, Professor and Chief of the Division of Adult Cardiovascular Diseases, Professor of Pediatric Cardiology, and Professor of Preventive Medicine at the University of Tennessee. He is a Research Member of St Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. He completed his combined pediatric and adult cardiology training at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas at the Texas Children’s Hospital and the Texas Heart Institute. He is the lead Editor of two textbooks on cardiology and has authored or co-authored over 240 peer-reviewed manuscripts and book chapters on cardiomyopathy, cardiovascular genetics, and advanced heart failure. His research is funded by sources including the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and multiple industry partners. He is the current governor of the Tennessee Chapter of the American College of Cardiology and is a member of the American Heart Association Midsouth Leadership Board. He is actively involved in the advancement of innovative technologies including artificial intelligence in healthcare, novel strategies for healthcare provision connectivity, and patient advocacy.

Christopher Dadlez is President and CEO of Proton Therapy Partners, a company which finances, develops and operates joint venture compact proton therapy centers with healthcare systems. He is a dynamic executive known for vision, strategy and innovation and has over 35 years of experience successfully leading large, complex healthcare organizations in five different states. Mr. Dadlez is also is a Senior Advisor for Pivot Health Advisors, a health strategy company that has assembled a team of some of the nation’s most respected senior health care executives, all committed to the advancement and evolution of health care in America. Until 2018, Mr. Dadlez served as President and CEO of Trinity Health of New England a regional healthcare system whose parent company is Trinity Health of Livonia, Michigan. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has held Board and leadership positions in many healthcare associations among the most notable being the American Hospital Association, Connecticut Hospital Association, Alliance of Independent Academic Medical Centers and the Association of American Medical Colleges. Mr. Dadlez has authored numerous articles and is a sought-after panelist and speaker

Damian has an extensive background in commercializing healthcare technology which began back in 2010 with a biomedical research team at Harvard University that were engaged with the Office of Naval Research to develop new technologies for the military, specifically in the area of reducing hearing loss for the armed forces. 

Damian is a founding partner and Director of Innovation and Supplier Relations at “SA2050” which has operations in Australia and the US (sa2050.com). Based in Nashville, Damian identifies cutting edge technologies in the US market that solve significant health and environmental concerns. Australia is a prime early adopter market for new technology that has come through its early development phases in the US and is ready to be put to the test. Damian has assembled a team in Adelaide that provide a fast and efficient road to market to prove up these new technologies. 

Damian is also the founder of Sunline Healthcare which provides consulting services to early-stage companies that are engaged in developing healthcare technology and building distribution for these technologies in the US. 

Prior to his move into healthcare technology, Damian built a strong background in the wine industry, initially taking Australian wines around the world and then identifying wines across Europe and South America for distribution in the US.

Bob is a CPA , obtained a BS in Accounting at Villanova University and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
