2. Provider prescription is provided to the patient

3. Patients complete a 2-month program via online and app-based technology, including

outcomes assessment (pre- and post- bladder diary and questionnaire scores)

4. Provider is provided with patient outcomes data

5. Provider meets with patient to discuss outcomes

If needed, additional therapies (e.g.medications) can be discussed. Resources are provided to help guide additional therapy options
